Thankfully Patrick the abandoned pit mix is in good hands now… we need to keep the fight-up for animal rights and to help people to see the value and love that our animal friends provide to the world.
What a great book! Definitely not too schmaltzy and cheesy as some dog memoirs can be… just a purely beautiful portrayal of a dog as a man’s soulmate, life-mate and partner on the racetrack. Throw-in the dog as narrator and auto racing and you have a truly unconventionally touching canine/human love story. What is your favorite dog/human story?
