Your pup reminds me so much of him, they have such quirky and adorable personalities. He was literally at my side for 14 years, SUCH a velcro dog! Thank you for sharing your memories of Rufus! The bond between humans and dogs is so rare and unique… Dogs are such amazing creatures, but a shorter life is their only downfall! I don’t think we ever fully get-over the loss of one of our fur-covered companions. Olie sends you licks and V love and she is so happy that she brings you memories of Rufus! It is reassuring to know that the breed shares some really special qualities that live on!
